Terms and Conditions

General Redemption Terms

  • Customers may redeem all four (4) required services in one visit or over multiple visits within one year.

  • The Complimentary service must be redeemed in the same service visit as the 4th qualifying service (if applicable).

  • The Complimentary service is a single standard service from the eligible list above.

  • The loyalty card cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

Limitations & Exclusions

  • The loyalty card is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • The Complimentary service does not cover:

    • Stack line services from roofs

    • Custom jobs or specialty projects

    • Preventative maintenance plans

    • Complex commercial work

    • Emergency after-hours services

    • Excavation or pipe replacement services

  • The loyalty card is valid only for the property address where it was first used.

General Conditions

  • Lost or damaged loyalty cards will not be replaced.

  • Customers must complete all services within the one-year validity period.

  • USA Jetting reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.

  • The Complimentary service must be scheduled within our standard business hours.
